This will be used to allow CCS Third Party Developers to add news items on their weapons and items they offer to the CCS Network

And I apparently need to add more text because if I don't the category graphic looks silly.

Course thats not unexpected. Anyways, just showing you I'm working on the php and integration for the custom apps.
